I just had this problem after trying this on my UW with a previous AC install. Go check in your Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config and check your BmEngine.ini for old resolutions ie 2560x1440 and update them. You had to make this read only because it defaulted your refresh rate back to 62fps
